Traditional job boards charge companies to post jobs, leading them to keep old "ghost listings" active to harvest resumes. JobsMeteor connects directly to companies' internal recruitment databases (Greenhouse and Lever) every 6 hours. If a job is closed internally, it is instantly removed from JobsMeteor.
What is the "Trust Score" and how is it calculated?
Our proprietary trust score (0-100) measures posting transparency. Points are awarded for clear salary brackets, explicit remote guidelines, and verified company domains. Points are deducted for buzzwords ("rockstar", "ninja"), poor formatting, or generic agency descriptions.
Are the application links direct?
Yes. Clicking "Apply" opens the company's official corporate job board application page. We do not route applications through middleman portals, and we never collect, resell, or distribute your personal application files.
