JobsMeteor aggregates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of job descriptions or salary information
• Whether positions are still available when you apply
• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Any communications between you and potential employers

5. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate job summaries, trust scores, match analyses, and career advice. This content is generated automatically and:

• May contain inaccuracies or errors
• Should not be relied upon as professional career advice
• Is provided for informational purposes only
• Does not constitute endorsement of any employer

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download job data from the platform
• Use automated bots to access or interact with the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or scoring systems
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security

7. Advertising

The Platform displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly labeled and do not constitute our endorsement of any advertiser. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

The JobsMeteor platform, including its design, code, AI models, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Job descriptions and company logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsMeteor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
